Pod2g has done it again the untethered iOS 5.0/5.0.1 jailbreak has been released.

Let’s stretch it more to explain and How to update your iDevice to iOS 5.0/5.0.1.

Compatible Device:

-A4 Devices Only.

-iPhone (4th Generation), iPhone 3GS, iPod (3rd & 4th Generation)

How to update and jailbreak:

1) If you are on iOS 5.0 & using tethered jailbreak please update it to iOS 5.0.1 to make jailbreak more easy.

2)If you don’t want to update to iOS 5.0.1 then download Redsn0w 0.9.10b1 (Link Given Below)

3) How to jailbreak using Redsn0w: 

Step 1: Download RedSn0w 0.9.10b1 from our downloads section.

Step 2: Plug your iDevice in and put it in DFU mode.

Step 3: Launch RedSn0w and click on “Jailbreak” and select “Install Cydia”.

Let RedSn0w work its magic. In just a few moments, your iDevice should reboot and run an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1
